The room was modern. The bedding felt comfortable! A short walk took me to tram stops, really convenient. The staff acted helpful, a plus for sure.
I had to pay a cash deposit to use the iron. This was not convenient at all.

the breakfast selection was acceptable (a good start to the day).
I encountered some issues. the room lacked basic amenities such as a refrigerator. furthermore, the lack of a proper closet was inconvenient. Clothes had to be hung on open hooks.

I must say, the room temperature control was a problem. i couldn't seem to adjust it. The room stayed too warm, it made sleeping a little tough, even with the window open. the breakfast area got really crowded. finding a clean table was like a competitive sport. the staff seemed overwhelmed, it was difficult to get their attention.

I was quite disappointed. We had to pay a cash deposit of 20 EUR to use the iron! The hotel did not have a multi-plug adapter at the reception, a big inconvenience. I was alone but was given a four-person bunk bed. They said they had nothing else. No one offered real help. I could not charge my phone.

the breakfast selection rocks with so many options and tastes very nice. the team gave great tips on cool local spots. my room included a tv and blackout curtains .
i did notice the air conditioning wasnt working, so the room got a little stuffy
